Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the services of VentureScape. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Bookings and Payments

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount and final payment schedule will be outlined in your specific tour proposal. Final payment is typically due 60-90 days before departure. Failure to make final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by You:

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 90+ days prior to departure: Forfeiture of deposit.
• 60-89 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• Less than 60 days prior to departure: 100% of total tour cost (no refund).

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential cancellation fees.

Cancellation by Us:

VentureScape reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason, but will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before departure except for force majeure, unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside our control. If we cancel a trip, you will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to us.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travelers. Your insurance must provide cover against personal accident, death, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability. We also recommend it covers trip cancellation, curtailment, and loss of luggage and personal effects.

4. Traveler Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, any required visas, and vaccination certificates. You must also comply with the laws and regulations of the countries visited. We are not liable for any costs incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

VentureScape contracts with a network of companies, government agencies and individuals to assist in the running of our trips. We are not responsible for the acts and omissions of these third parties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss, death, injury or damage which you may suffer (directly or indirectly) in connection with or arising out of your participation in a trip is limited to the total amount of money received by us from you in relation to your booking.
